I was in a scary accident yesterday

Yesterday morning Mike and I were traveling down the Freeway from Hood River going to The Dalles Oregon to do some errands. We were going into a merging area where they were doing construction and we were in the lane that stops so Mike was trying to get over but there was a Milk truck pulling a trailer in front of us and another Semi beside us. The guy driving the Milk truck took his time to merge so we had very little space to try to get over and just as Mike tried to get on past him to get over he pulled back out into what was left of our lane pushing us into the construction barrel/cones. We hit about 4 of them and then the front wheel of the truck locked up with our back wheel and totally shredded it. It unlocked just in time for us to squeeze past and limp to the next exit and pull over. We were all okay, Including the jerk who drove the truck. There were no damages to his truck. Yet he was ranting and raving to the police painting a picture of Mike being the Devil. Mike stayed very calm and I was very proud of him because I know he wanted to tear the guy up. However, him controlling himself allowed the other guy to paint him black and mike ended up being blamed. So today we are happy to be alive but really ticked off.
