CA LEGISLATION TO BAN HYBRIDS (DOGS AND CATS)

Section 671 was just filed this month (9/09)with 1 hearing to be held in a club in Woodland, CA and to take effect on 11/1/09. Talk about a sneak attack on our pets !
After re reading the legislation - hybrid cats are also included.
CA proposed legislation will allow AC to confiscate any animal they believe to be a hybrid. This will also mean that law enforcement ‘officials’ will be able to seize ANY WOLFY-LOOKING canid…including Alaskan Malamutes, Samoyeds, German Shepherds, Huskies, Akitas, Elkhounds, etc. No special training of these persons will be required…if it looks wolfy, then it is wolfy. These people will basically have the Mandate of Heaven to act and do as they will. And they will…with force of arms. It has already happened. Please help fight this legislation.
