IFAW is rescuing animals and delivering food to stranded people and their pets.
Please help by making a
donation today.
Dear [[First Name]],
Time is running out for so many family pets stranded and isolated after Typhoon Ketsana caused some of the worst flooding in Philippines' history.
IFAW's specially-trained Rapid Water Rescue Team is braving hazardous debris, electric and telephone wires, and toxic water to reach animals separated from their families by the flood waters.
Family pets that were safe and warm in their homes just over one week ago, are now stranded on rooftops and on the islands of flood debris that have collected in the streets. They have little or no access to food or clean water.
IFAW's brave rescuers have already helped many of these struggling animals, but so many more are still waiting.
Please say you'll help by giving a donation now.
We've committed $50,000 (US) to the rescue mission, and need to raise that amount as quickly as possible.
Your gift will help us save animals stranded when the floodwaters quickly rose up, help pay for food and medicine for sick and injured animals, and help us continue to provide safety and shelter for rescued animals until they can be reunited with their families. All donations received will be used to enable IFAW to achieve its mission of helping animals, and will be used immediately and where they are needed most.
An unprecedented number of natural disasters have struck the Asia Pacific region in the last week - earthquakes, tsunamis, and typhoons. IFAW is also reaching out to help animals in Samoa, Indonesia, and Tonga. So if there was ever a time to give, the time is now.
Please make your life-saving donation today.

Thank you so much for donating to IFAW. Your gift represents a vital contribution to IFAW's entire mission of saving the world's animals from cruelty and exploitation and will be used where most needed to help ease their suffering.
Worried about Donating online?
I used to be too ... so I made sure our online system is safe, secure, and state-of-the-art. It also eliminates check-processing costs, so more money goes directly to saving animals. But if you prefer to donate by phone or mail, simply click here for address information.
NOTE: To make sure you continue to receive further emails from IFAW, please add fred@ifaw1.org to your email address book. If you use a spam filter program, please assign this address a status of safe or trusted. If you have an AOL, Hotmail, MSN or Yahoo email address, this is particularly important as we receive many bounce backs from these email addresses.
