Section 671 was just filed this month (9/09)with 1 hearing to be held in a club in Woodland, CA and to take effect on 11/1/09. Talk about a sneak attack on our pets !
After re reading the legislation - hybrid cats are also included.

If you know of anyone wanting to adopt, please send me a message. Many are in shelters right now and we are running out of foster homes.
