Yesterday morning Mike and I were traveling down the Freeway from Hood River going to The Dalles Oregon to do some errands. We were going into a merging area where they were doing construction and we were in the lane that stops so Mike was trying to get over but there was a Milk truck pulling a trailer in front of us and another Semi beside us. I am so happy to announce that our little bundle of joy has finally arrived "Gibbs," Our new French Bulldog puppy is here with us and adjusting to being loved and pampered quite well. He is also bonding with his perspective mate "Sugar." All of the other dogs seem to have adapted to the addition of yet another attention grabber with no apparent resentment. He has made a few friends here in Washington and even a pretty little girlfriend. Nice to see him smiling again.

We finally got all of our pieces of ID and proof of residence together and managed to get our Washington licenses. What a Headache!!! They said it is because there are so many faked IDs in use here so they have to really screen people. I guess we will be able to get fishing licenses now unless they also require you to give them your first born. I still need to find my title to my tru… Continue
