Ya things are really slow right now so im sure that effects you too--hopefully it will get better soon---if you do decide to go running be sure to wear something warm lol----------------------

Sorry to hear that. I was all messed up with meds for awhile and in so much pain so I can Identify. They put me on the wrong meds for high cholesterol and it made my whole body cramp and then I have been having TMJ so my face feel like it is in a vice. There were a few days I could barely do anything and I have 4 networks now. that is on top of my website design business and that is picking up now because it is puppy and kitty season. 10% on each one is not much but we have quite a few puppies so it will be much better. My clients have really been struggling so I struggled right along with them but we are coming out of it now. It is a wonder I still have hair after all the craziness lately.lol. I swear one day I am going to pull it all out and go running through the streets bald headed and screaming!

Im doing fine---had to have surgery so ive been kind of tied up - and then trying to catch up on everything i couldnt get to -------almost caught up now
