My greatest experience at least one of the best is when my 2 rescue dogs came into my life, my pit mix Summer was abused by the lady that lived behind us and she was thrown over an 8 foot chain link fence and wandered into our yard, my daughter at the time was a teenager and was holding her on our front steps when I came home from work, we had to put her through treatments because she had red-mange and was in terriable shape she was only 6 months old, but she is now almost 10 and the LOVE OF MY LIFE!!! as well as my american bulldog Cain that was brought home to me by my husband with the condition we find a home for him, he was 5 at the time and is now almost 13 in Febuary was diagonesd with cancer a year ago but is still going strong!!! we found him a home alright LOL!!! He is my rock and also the LOVE OF MY LIFE, my 2 other pit bully breeds are as well but Summer and Cain hold a special place in my heart because of the life the started out in which was horriable so I try to give them and have tried to give them the BEST life possiable, my dogs will eat before me if It comes to that they cannot fend for themselves, I have been an animal lover all my life got that from my beloved dad who passed 18 years ago I miss him still so much to this day but he taught me how to love animals the way I do today, I have never had nothing but Bully Breeds and now my big fatty american bulldog, (Mama's Man), I cannot imagaine my life without my babies and I know they are getting to there life's expectency and I try not to think about it but my life has changed and I have changed since my rescue dogs came into my life, and I believe they are with me for a reason! So please alwayys hug and kiss your babies everyday and show them how very important they are in your life! My daughter has grown-up to be just like me loving animals so much and I am so glad for that, My dream someday is to have enough money to have a beautiful place where all the unwanted and abused animals can come and live the rest of their days happy, loved, and well taken care of I just hope no matter how old I get that I can accomplish that dream one day, because if it was up to me I would have all the animals now with me who deserve to live the golden life!!! After all the are humans just in a diffirent form, God Bless all you animal lovers and thank you for taking such wonderful care of your babies, we need more people out there like u guys.

Awww Regina that is scary.. I can just invision your poor mom huggin that tree. Bet it was scary at the time though. You poor kids thinking mom would get ate.
I can't even imagine how hard your hearts were beating. I can see though why you can laugh now.

This one was when I was a teenager and we always went camping in the fall up at the Smokey Mtns. They would have bear stops every now and then while up there. Well we had stopped at one and my mom got out and wanted to take a good look. While several people were along with her. This bear had suddenly decided to jump back so everyone started to scrambled and my mom when she turned she ran right up to this tree in front of her and grabbed on for dear life. The bear turned backed the other way and ran off. At the time was kinda of scary but when we think about it now, we make a laugh of it.
