Okay, so.... I'm not big on New Years Resolutions, but.... I thought that if I took the time to write it out that maybe I would actually follow through. So... here goes nothing.

This year I resolve to exercise more and, hopefully, in the end, feel a lot healthier and perhaps even lose a few pounds.

There...I've done it. Let's see if this motivates me to act. So... how about any of you? Any resolutions you care to share?

Okay! Suzie tell you what lets do this together because I need to get some exercise and lose weight too. Lets make a plan...

Oh Boy!!!! I use to have the Same thing every year until Feb.11th,2003 when I quit smoking.
Now it's going to be:
1. Get My G.E.D
2. Cut back on my Caffeine in take. At least to a Cup of Coffee a day
and 3. Take Vit.B Complex to curve my mood.

No you will not!!! Shame on you I have it in writing!!! I am gonna hold you to it and to keep you going I am going to challenge you to a half hour of exercise each day. I am going to go to the club!!!

Good girl I know you will follow through and hey congrats on quiting smoking I know that is very difficult. I quit cold turkey the day i was in a car accident in 1997, I should have died in that crash and didn't so I decided my life had alot of value and vowed not to do things that might shorten it needlessly and getting fat is another one of those things so I am going to go to the club beginning Jan 2 and be as dedicated as life will let me be.

Welcome Mandy, Please encourage Suzie and I to stick with it!!! Do You want us to occasionally remind you too? I actually started yesterday. I am going to the club and walking for 1/2 hour on the tread mill to start and then gradually increasing time and speeding up to a jog. After I lose some weight I will also work out in the pool. Too humiliating to show the bod at this point!!!

I have exercised yesterday, but not yet today. I am still not as good as I would like to be, but will keep everyone posted this week. Thanks for keeping me honest...
